Privacy Policy
This notice explains how ShipsDNA and GDNA Group Ltd process information when you visit, register for, subscribe to or use ShipsDNA services.
Information we process
We process account identity and sign-in details, subscription and invoice metadata, enquiries you submit, mailing preferences, and records needed to operate and secure ShipsDNA services. Stripe handles card details; ShipsDNA does not store full payment-card numbers.
Analytics and advertising
Essential security storage is always active. Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement and Vercel Analytics are used according to your privacy choices. Our first-party event records do not store anonymous email addresses, raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, search text or form-message content.
Service delivery and security
For paid members, we retain limited evidence of protected access, account sessions, viewed record identifiers, governed exports, terms acceptance and subscription status. This supports security, entitlement enforcement, customer support, billing evidence and fraud or dispute investigation.
Service providers
ShipsDNA uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and performance services, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional and marketing email, and Google for sign-in, analytics, advertising and approved AI services.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only for as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, security, billing, dispute evidence and legitimate business records. You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export applicable personal information, and may withdraw optional analytics consent.
International processing
Some service providers process information outside the United Kingdom. We use their contractual and legal safeguards where required. Operational access is limited to authorised staff and protected service routes.
