In July 2026, ShipsDNA was acquired by GDNA Group Ltd. The combination brings ShipsDNA’s maritime data platform together with GDNA Group’s brokerage, finance and advisory capability. ShipsDNA remains the group’s flagship data product and a distinct platform for subscribers and developers.
